Supporting Member Contributions

In January of 2019, Mr. Kurt Long (our one and only honorary member) made a commitment to contribute $2500 a year for the next five years.  This money would go to support the annual meeting and specifically to support the Annual Rutherford Lecture.

 

Mr. Long did not request but he did suggest that this might be a matching type challenge contribution.  By the end of the day, Drs. Deatherage, Dearing, Hamar, and Margo did agree to collectively match his total contribution.

 

In other words, this group of members agree to contribute $5000 a year for each of the next five years.  This money will go a long way to supporting the mission of this society.  We are all very excited about the future.
